2012 Irish Championships Tour and Irish Junior Championships Tour.
Tour Categories
Irish Championships Tour - Open Surf, Womens Surf, Open Bodyboard, Women’s Bodyboard, Longboard, Masters Surf, Senior Surf and SUP.
Irish Junior Championships Tour - U18 Boys, U18 Girls, U16s, U14s, U18 Longboard, U18 Girls Bodyboard, U18 Bodyboard and U16 Bodyboard.
Entry Requirements
All entrants must present a 2012 ISA membership card at registration.
All entrants must be Irish Citizen or British Citizens born in Northern Ireland, proof of citizenship may be requested.
As per child protection guidelines, juniors may only compete within their age group in one discipline. Junior surfers may compete on the senior tour but will not be eligible for selection to senior Irish Surf Teams. Surfers U12 will not be considered for selection to international teams.
Competitors will abide by the rules of the Irish Surfing Association including taking part in Irish Anti-Doping Rules.
Tour Ranking
A surfer’s best three results will count towards their overall tour ranking. If a tour event is postponed and run on an alternative date it will no longer count towards tour rankings. If only three events are held a surfer’s best three results will count towards final rankings, if only two event are held then best two results will count and if only one event is held then ranking will be decided on that one event.
A Ranking table will be included on the ISA website and will be updated during and after each event.
