IRISH SURF TEAM

Regardless of sport the opportunity to represent your country on the international stage is a great honour. Each year the Irish Surfing Association selects national teams comprising of our top surfers from the island of Ireland to represent us at international surfing competitions including the World Surfing Games (annual), World Junior Championships (annual), European Championships (biannual) and the European Junior Surfing Championships (biannual). To be eligible for selection a surfer must hold an Irish passport or if born in Northern Ireland, a British or Irish passport. The selection process for teams is outlined annually prior to the start of the contest calendar and made available on this website.
